DELIVERY
Delivery of products in stock will be made within 3 working days.
Existing designs will be delivered within 21 days.
Customised orders and commissions - delivery date to be advised.

PAYMENTS
Online payments are made securely using the Paypal system.
Online orders must be paid at time of order. Any other first time orders must be paid in full on delivery. Thereafter 30 day terms apply to all customers who have set up an account with us.
This is a new start-up business so VAT does not apply to any sales at present. Customers who are on our email list will be advised of any change in our VAT rates.

GREEN POLICY
It is our policy to protect the environment by using materials from renewable or recycled sources as often as possible. Many of our products, including gift bags can be recycled and are chosen because they will not harm the enviroment.

RETURNS
We hope you will be delighted with all our products but if there are any problems please let us know within 10 days of delivery.

TRADE ORDERS
We offer further discounts to our Trade Customers when they order over 250 of any item. Quotations on request.
